Gladiators Star Earns CL Bat Title

1990 was a fine season for Mount Sterling first baseman David Jones and it became official today that he had won the Colonial League batting title with an impressive .346 mark. In 123 games he piled up 176 hits, 26 doubles, no triples, 25 home runs, 88 RBIs and 82 runs scored.
