Coffman Learns More about Injury Monday, August 13th, 1990 The injury that has kept Jason Coffman out of action since 08/10/1990 will keep him out a while longer. Irondale Steelers officials made the announcement this afternoon. They said that Coffman is expected to miss at least 8 months with a ruptured medial collateral ligament. So far this season Coffman is hitting .343 with 36 home runs, 93 RBIs and 89 runs scored. He has 148 hits in 431 at-bats and a .435 OBP. |
