Giants Juan Jose Molina Sidelined Thursday, July 23rd, 1987 Liberty Giants center fielder Juan Jose Molina left yesterday's game against the Portsmouth Clippers after suffering a herniated disc making a defensive play. Molina was taken to the clubhouse for examination by team doctors. A team spokesman told BNN today Molina is expected to miss 4 weeks. Thus far this season Molina has hit .241 with 11 home runs, 43 RBIs and scored 46 times. |
