Patriots-Lions Trade Announced Sunday, July 26th, 1998 The Patriots and the Lions finalized a deal this afternoon. Park City (C) has traded for 20-year-old starting pitcher Neil Price and 21-year-old starting pitcher Luis Ramírez and in return Kingston will receive 25-year-old reliever Scott Howell and a 4th round draft pick. To date he has nailed down 2 saves for his club. In 47 relief appearances, Howell has 77 strikeouts in 52.1 innings with a 1.89 ERA and a 3-1 mark. |
