Irondale Rookie Hits His Way to CL Honor Monday, September 1st, 1997 Bryan Henry's eyes seem to light up whenever he sees the baseball. The young Irondale left fielder has been hitting everything in sight for the better part of a month. In August he was voted the Rookie of the Month Award. During the month he hit .250 with 5 doubles, 1 triple and 1 home run. Henry also scored 8 times and drove in 3 runs. This year Henry has batted at a .224 pace with 41 hits, 4 home runs, 15 RBIs and scored 17 times. |
