Capital City Loses Hank Stout Monday, August 25th, 1997 Disappointing news today for Capital City Senators fans. Hank Stout was hurt making a defensive play in their game against the Liberty (C) Giants and has a strained rib cage muscle. Team trainers were hesitant to predict a date for return but said it was likely the injury will keep the shortstop out at least 3 weeks. For the season Stout has produced 36 hits in 126 at-bats for a .286 average with 1 home run and gotten on base at a .364 clip. |
