Injury Setback for Cyclones Mukunda Tuesday, September 10th, 1996 The Centerville Cyclones announced today that starting pitcher Chattradhara Mukunda will not be returning as quickly as expected from injury. "There was a bit of a setback, but nothing to be concerned about," one team official told reporters. "Chattradhara will probably miss another one week because of this, but everyone expects him to make a full recovery." To date this season Mukunda sports a 7-17 mark with a 4.46 ERA in 29 starting assignments. He has held the opposition to a .255 batting average and has 123 strikeouts in 167.1 innings. |
