Injured Gray Out 4-5 Months Saturday, September 10th, 1994 Since 09/07/1994, when he suffered a torn labrum, Jeremy Gray has been waiting. Waiting to hear how badly he injured himself during that day's game. Today word came down from the doctors that the Centerville starting pitcher would miss 4-5 months. "It could have been better", said Gray, "but it also could have been much worse." This year Gray has made 31 starts, thrown 196.1 innings, fanned 167 batters and walked 72. His won-lost record is 14-6 with a 2.70 ERA. |
