Gore K-Os Strikeout Record Friday, August 26th, 1994 Trent Gore, the hard-throwing hurler for the Liberty (C) Giants, set a new record in today's game at Patriots Park. Gore, with strikeout number 235, topped the previous single-season record set by Mark Ullrich. For the historic effort, the crowd gave Gore a rowdy ovation.
