Díaz 5-6 Against Mount Sterling Friday, August 12th, 1994 Knights center fielder José Díaz went ballistic today with the bat. He smoked the Gladiators for 5 hits and sparked Liberty (F) to a 8-6 win over Mount Sterling at Mountainview Stadium. José Díaz hit an RBI double in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, struck out in the 6th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 9th. In the 1994 season Díaz is hitting .251 with 12 home runs. |
