Injury Takes Toll, Jeffery Younger Out Monday, August 8th, 1994 The Park City (F) Kings will be without the services of Jeffery Younger for one week after an incident in a game against the Fremont Tigers. The 24-year-old second baseman was injured while throwing the ball and suffered elbow inflammation. In his stats this season, Younger has posted a batting average of .287 with 109 hits in 380 at-bats, 12 home runs and 47 RBIs. He has also scored 60 runs, walked 82 times and compiled a .418 OBP. |
