Portsmouth Star Captures CL Bat Crown Thursday, August 8th, 1985 Clippers shortstop Tim MacIntosh hit the cover off the ball all year long and today picked up the Colonial League batting crown. The 25-year-old MacIntosh hit .375 with 5 home runs and 48 RBIs. He also delivered 185 hits, including 32 doubles and 10 triples, played in 106 games and scored 85 runs. |
