Great Day for Wilson, Hits for Cycle Tuesday, May 31st, 1983 Steelers center fielder Danny Wilson had one of the best days of his career today when he hit for the cycle and paved the way for the Irondale 12-5 win over the Park City Patriots at Patriots Park. He shelled them for 4 hits in 6 at-bats, collected 3 RBI and scored 3 runs. Danny Wilson flied out in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Bob Moore in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI double in the 5th, tripled in the 7th and flied out in the 8th.
